Here are a few answers to some of the questions we receive the most:

 

Q: What is order turnaround?

A: We normally ship all of our orders next business day. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: We are based out of NY and we ship all of our orders via UPS. So really it depends on your location. It can be as fast as next day to a much as 5 business days (West Coast)

 

Q: Will my hot sauce bottles fit in these boxes?

A: We designed these boxes to fit most size bottles. Our Spice Jar box will fit all 8oz glass and PET jars. As far as hot sauce boxes, we were kind of in a bind....sacrifice safety for full accessibility. These boxes have an internal height of 6.85 inches....which means it will not fit woozy bottles that are 6.9 without the cap and even larger with.... Here is a picture to explain

 

Q: What is PC vs Bundle?

A: You can order our products with a bundle discount. The quantity you choose describes how many gift boxes you will get in each bundle. For example, if you choose the 10pc bundle, you will get 10 gift boxes. If you want 20 gift boxes, you can select 2 of the 10 pc bundles...you however will receive a further discount by choosing the 25pc option.

For quantities larger than 200, please feel free to message us for potentially larger savings.

 

Q: Will this box fit in a USPS Priority Padded Envelope?

A: Yes. Both 3 bottle and 4 bottle hot sauce boxes fit in a USPS Priority Padded Envelope. There is video of it on our IG page
